In the heart of the South-West in France, we decided to make our dream come true: create a distillery. “We” are Franck, Florian, Thomas and François, 4 geologists, long-time friends. It was in Béarn that we decided to throw the pig in the corn. Blind Pigs Distillers is the strong ambition to create a distillery in our image: friendly, close to its environment and non-conformist.
We have chosen to create popular, quality spirits, while respecting strong ethics. To achieve this, we demonstrated ingenuity and creativity. In short, we got our swimsuits wet… and the ice cubes! From Pastis du Sud-Ouest to “French whiskey” and a Gin with character, everything is made under the sign of the pleasure of exploring and sharing.
Focused on a local network of producers, our distillery will naturally highlight one of the queen cereals of Béarn: Milhòc (Corn in Béarnais).
But our beautiful region of France has many other secrets to reveal and it is these flavors that we, the Blind Pigs Distillers, will concentrate with our different creations.
