On our Béarnaise lands, we have selected, assembled, macerated and distilled no less than 9 ingredients to give birth to our Gin according to the London dry tradition: Water, wheat alcohol, Juniper, Coriander, Pine, Cardamom, Béarnais pepper, Sichuan pepper, Cumin seeds, Orange peel. A rich aromatic palette but a manufacturing secret that remains well kept! The result ? Our elixir is distinguished by the power of its aromas, its slight sweetness and its roundness in the mouth... The attack is fresh, minty and herbaceous. As for the spices and citrus fruits, they reveal themselves over a nice length. Full of illicit secrets, this bottle hides a coded message...
