It is a question of culturally and economically revaluing the products from the traditional salt marsh: sea salt and fleur de sel.
Our daily commitment is to harvest, develop and market organic products, of high quality, original and varied with the central theme of the salt marsh and the sea; products that claim respect for a tradition, that claim artisanal value and respond to an ecological concern. We are proud to be labeled PME+.
