Poster Vintage Patent Bicycle

This poster shows a patent for a bicycle. This dates back to 1890 in America and was submitted by Charles D. Rice. His commentary on the submission read: “My invention aims to provide a simple, durable and inexpensive bicycle driving mechanism that is constructed so that the bicycle self-adjusts to compensate for changes in resistance to forward motion.” We also sell matching frames in different colors.
