TRANSPARENCY AND TRACEABILITY: We go on site to meet our producers and we are in daily contact with them. We provide you with communication tools allowing transparency and traceability from the ground to the plate (such as posters of our producers, seasonal calendar, etc.)
FAIR REMUNERATION OF THE PRODUCER: it is the producer who sets his prices. He decides to establish stable prices over the season or based on his harvests.
