An independent producer, our salt comes from the 58 carnations that we exploit spread across 3 saltworks, in the communes of Guérande and Batz/Mer. All our Guérande salt production is carried out manually using an ancestral method.
Our fleur de sel and our Guérande salt are labeled PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), which allows us to guarantee the origin of the salt as well as its quality. Working in the salt marshes is more than a job, it's a passion, we are committed to offering you quality salt.
