INGREDIENTS Porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) PEANUT OIL, salt. TIPS FOR USE Use the mushroom puree when serving pasta, risotto, broth, any meat or egg dishes. Mixed with double the quantity of butter, it is used to beautifully prepare canapés, toast, ham rolls, sandwiches, sauces and canapés.
