Our mushrooms are also processed exclusively fresh, without the addition of chemical flavourings, completely natural, to obtain a puree with a unique flavour. INGREDIENTS Summer Truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.),porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) PEANUT OIL, salt. TIPS FOR USE Use the truffle and mushroom puree when serving pasta, risotto, broth, all meat or egg dishes. Mixed with double the quantity of butter, it is used to beautifully prepare canapés, toast, ham rolls, sandwiches, sauces and canapés. To be consumed preferably within 4 years, once opened, store in the refrigerator at +2°/+4°.
