DESCRIPTION Net Weight: 25g The Alba White Truffle, the most precious tuber on earth, is here combined with one of the most precious mushrooms, the porcini mushroom.   Our mushrooms are also processed exclusively fresh, without the addition of chemical flavourings, completely natural, to obtain a puree with a unique flavour.    INGREDIENTS White truffles (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 45%, porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis) 45%, PEANUT OIL, salt.  TIPS FOR USE When serving pasta, risotto, broth, all meat or egg dishes, squeeze the contents.   Mixed with double the quantity of butter, it is used to beautifully prepare canapés, toast, ham rolls, sandwiches, sauces and canapés.   To be consumed preferably within 4 years, once opened, store in the refrigerator at +2°/+4°.
