DESCRIPTION Net Weight: 25g Fresh truffles have a very short life, the intensity of their flavor and delicate aroma diminishes in just over a week.   Our "secret" for obtaining a delicious truffle puree is, in addition to the selection of top quality truffles, a process carried out in the first days after the truffle was harvested, to preserve its qualities.   Strictly without the addition of chemical flavourings, completely natural.    INGREDIENTS White Truffles 90% (Tuber Magnatum Pico), PEANUT OIL, salt.    TIPS FOR USE When serving pasta, risotto, broth, all meat or egg dishes squeeze the contents.   Mixed with double the quantity of butter, it is used to beautifully prepare canapés, toast, ham rolls, sandwiches, sauces and canapés.   To be consumed preferably within 4 years, once opened, store in the refrigerator at +2°/4°.
