Available format: 0.70 l Technique: London Dry Alcohol content: 45.6% vol The second of our seasonal editions, Eugin Primavera Special Edition is an extremely aromatic and spicy London Dry Gin, in which clear herbaceous notes blend with spicy ones, creating a great harmony with the balsamic and resinous ones of the juniper. It is a London Dry Gin that gives its best in Gin & Tonic with a slightly citrus tonic, or with a lemon garnish. For lovers of more complex drinks, we recommend it instead in a Negroni, to better appreciate its spicy notes. Tasting notes On the nose the intense notes, almost of chestnut honey, of elderflowers emerge first, and a herbaceous part that almost recalls the bouquet of a white distillate of sugar cane, with cut grass, molasses and fruit. The savory note of the borage that is perceived on the nose is amplified on the palate, also strengthened by the herbaceous and fresh hints of the nettle, which well balance the balsamic and resinous taste of the juniper. The finish is persistent, round but dry, with the intense aroma of elderberry well balanced by the citrus notes of lemon peel.
