A very dry gin, but at the same time balanced, in which the taste of juniper clearly prevails, strengthened by the balsamic and woody notes of fir buds. A perfect gin for the Martini Cocktail. Tasting Notes The notes of juniper prevail on the nose, supported and strengthened by the balsamic notes of fir. Juniper prevails on a hint of wood, slightly citric and persistent of resin. The finish is enveloping, slightly spicy, with an aftertaste reminiscent of still green lemon zest.
