Available size: 0.70 l Technique: London Dry Alcoholic degree: 45.9% vol The first of our seasonal editions, Eugin Spring Special Edition is an extremely aromatic and soft London Dry Gin, in which the floral and herbaceous notes create a great harmony with the balsamic and resinous notes of the juniper. Perfect drunk neat, with or without ice, for lovers of mixed drinking, it gives its best in a classic Gin & Tonic, preferably using a quality and rather neutral tonic, so as not to cover the delicate aroma of the flowers. Tasting Notes On the nose the first hints to emerge are the herbaceous notes of borage flowers and the round and soft ones of primroses flowers, with a clear presence of juniper as a common background. On the palate, the herbaceous notes give way to juniper and decidedly floral notes, with hints that alternate: from that almost of honey, typical of primroses, to that of violet given by the iris root, up to the aromaticity of yarrow flowers. The finish is rich, persistent, soft with an aftertaste of berries and raspberries and a very enveloping sensation in the mouth.
