Once upon a time...
Once upon a time, in March 2020, in the heart of Grenoble, there was an association called Magdalena38 which was dedicated to food distribution. It was during one of these distributions that fate brought together Antoine BARON, founder of Le Baron du Bois, and several young people in difficulty, eager to find their place in society and regain confidence in themselves.
During the discussions, Antoine discovered that these young people aspired to work in a practical, manual profession that would allow them to fully achieve their potential. It was from this wonderful encounter that the project was born. Since the beginning, Le Baron du Bois, in partnership with work integration workshops in Grenoble, specializing in woodworking, has provided 10 young people with real professional experience in this work. Our goal is to create employment for young people hired in integration projects who wish to discover woodworking: they acquire knowledge, skills, know-how and interpersonal skills in the company so that they can find work at the end of their contract.
