Dark Chocolate Without Sugar 61%

No preparations, just our best chocolate chopped and made into a powder for a tasty hot chocolate. The intensity of our 61% dark chocolate with no added sugar in a creamy drink for a moment of tasty relaxation. Some tips to better enjoy your hot chocolate: – dissolve the chocolate in water and not in milk to keep the aroma intact – the ideal dose for a cup is 30g of chocolate and 150g of water – do not add anything, our blend is studied in order to obtain a perfect density without having to add anything Preparation: boil the saucepan with the water and gradually add the chocolate, stirring with a wooden spoon. Bring the chocolate to a boil and occasionally dilute the saucepan. Cook for about five minutes until the desired creaminess is obtained. Each package contains approximately 5 cups of hot chocolate (180g). Dark Chocolate – Tasty hot drink made with our 61% dark chocolate.
