Faccendi used its fine 60% dark chocolate to glaze the caramelized Sicilian orange peel. The peels are made in an artisanal way starting from quality Sicilian oranges. The oranges are peeled, the zest is cut to obtain peels which are then candied. They are then dipped in our dark chocolate. An explosion of taste for a timeless pairing.
