Valensole, located in the heart of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, is one of the largest municipalities in France. Nicknamed "granary of the region", its 800km2 plateau is mainly devoted to the cultivation of lavender but also to that of the vine in a more confidential way. The quality and typicity of this unique terroir as well as its half-Mediterranean, half-Alpine climate offer the vineyard excellent conditions for development. Protected from the wind and bad weather, the wines are thus lighter and more aromatic than the cuvées. developed at lower altitudes in the south. “Perle de Valensole” is part of this exceptional landscape and region. Developed with respect for the surrounding fauna and flora, our cuvée is the result of a rigorous production method which has the permanent objective of illustrating the typicality and uniqueness of the appellation.
