In the heart of Languedoc, 25 km from the Mediterranean Sea, nestles our estate, Sainte Cécile du Parc.
The estate extends over 12 hectares of vines and olive trees, an exceptional terroir that we work in organic agriculture and winemaking.
Traditionally the hunting ground of the Duke of Montmorency during the 17th century, the sunny terraces of the vineyard have honored the culture of the vine for more than a century.
Our vineyard is made up of several low-yielding grape varieties: Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Grenache Noir, Merlot, Cinsault, Carignan and Sauvignon Blanc.
The vineyard enjoys an interesting diversity of soils: the soil is clay-limestone, sandy-gravelly, Villafranchian, loaded with pebbles and basaltic scree.
This terroir has excellent drainage qualities which allow the vines to take root and thus express all the biodiversity of the site. The breeze from our hillsides also allows a natural sanitization of the vineyard.
