The fruit of emotion - IGP Pays de Caux 2021

Dry white wine with a golden and sparkling color, which brings an intense and explosive nose with aromas of pears, peaches, lychees and citrus fruits. On the palate, we find this complex palette of fresh notes: a slight woodiness accompanies a bouquet of white flowers on a citrus zest. 50% Sauvignon Blanc and 50% Sauvignon Gris Vinification: gentle direct pressing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Maturation in demi-muids and stainless steel vats.
