A limpid and deep ruby color. On the nose, southern notes of garrigue, spices and stewed blackcurrant. On the palate, it is powerful, ample and dense at the same time, where the cherry joins the blackcurrant with a good length. 100% Merlot Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in small raw concrete vats, temperature control, punching down. Aged for 6 months in demi-muids.
