Without artifice - IGP Pays de Caux 2021

A dark plum ruby color. On the nose aromas of cherry and liquorice. On the palate it is supple and pure with a tannic structure on a background of black fruits to which is added a persistent and harmonious finish. 60% Cabernet Franc, 40% Merlot Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in small raw concrete vats, temperature control, punching down. Aged for 12 months in vats (80%) and barrels (20%).
