On the nose, southern notes of garrigue, spices and black fruits with blackcurrant taking center stage. In the mouth it is powerful, ample and dense at the same time, where the cherry joins the blackcurrant with a good length. 75% Syrah and 25% Cinsault Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in small raw concrete vats, temperature control, punching down. Aged for 12 months in barrels and demi-muids.
