At the heart of its famous ramparts lies a pretty paved town center to be explored on foot, which very humbly combines charm and modernity. Facing Dinard, the Solidor Tower is a fortified keep, made up of three towers which are joined by small courtyards. Located at the mouth of the Rance in the Saint-Servan district, it was built in 1382 with the aim of controlling the city of Saint-Malo. It now houses the Saint Malo history museum and offers a unique view of the coast as well as the inner city of Saint Malo.
