LAGOMORPHE Terre de Cérès whisky is a Single Farm whisky produced at the Faronville Distillery. Double maturation in new barrels then Bourbon barrels. Nose: organic accents where earth and grain gravitate around a pastry and gourmet core. Palate: A whisky that balances perfectly despite the passion and tension of its youth. Finish: Its finish on the cereal is controlled, it takes a vegetal turn which makes the whole thing very elegant. Comment: We walk through the barley fields, a few meters above the ears of corn.
