LAGOMORPHE Terre de Silène whisky is a Single Farm whisky produced at the Faronville Distillery. Aged in ex-Bourbon, Chardonnay and Marsala barrels. Nose: Rich and fine at the same time, the nose is marked by Chardonnay. An explosion of aromas of cherry, wild blackberry and dark chocolate, all enhanced by a minty freshness. Palate: It reveals notes of honey then chocolate, dried fruits (dates, figs), prunes then over the sips more and more notes of coffee, orange and spices come. Finish: Full and intense, the finish remains faithful to the aromatic profile of the palate, revealing sweet notes of dark chocolate and almond typical of Marsala. Comment: Gourmet but silky and serious, Terre de Silène, with an amber color, owes its personality to the blend of the French grape variety (Chardonnay) and the Italian grape varieties constituting Marsala. An expression of great richness.
