FBKT is a French family & artisanal company, located in the Rhône-Alpes region, in the Loire, near Roanne. We hand-assemble our teas & infusions recipes, our cocoas and our spices with 100% natural ingredients and, as much as possible, from organic farming. We are proud to be one of the rare artisanal tea blending workshops in France.
Drawing on our expertise as an assembler, we have created our own recipes for natural cocoa & mixed by hand in our workshop as well as our brand of spices Escale aux Epices. Our peppers, salts and spices from around the world are rigorously selected, favoring the short economic circuit. We have created our own spice blend recipes.
We launched our plantation in 2021 to produce ourselves 20% of our needs in aromatic plants for our mixtures, 100% of the aromatics for our spice brand with a global agricultural model (organic market gardening for our employees, beehives...).We also planted tea plants (the first planted in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region) in order to acclimatize the cultivation of tea plants in the Loire.
Finally, in order to make our plant dryer profitable and to give work to our agricultural collaborators outside the summer season, we produce artisanal durum wheat pasta under the brand "YOUPI pasta!”.
