Fraga do Calvo Reserva Tinto

Fraga do Calvo Tinto is a Portuguese red wine from the DOC Douro region. First, the fresh grapes are handpicked at their ideal stage of ripeness and put into 20 kg crates. After the stems have been completely removed, the grapes are gently pressed. The subsequent maceration before fermentation takes place within 24 hours. The mass is then transferred to fermentation tanks. the Wine is now aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. These give the wine the extremely fresh and intense aroma of wild black fruits and and black cherries a wood note to bring the complexity of the wine into balance. The dense tannins create a long-lasting finish that reveals its rustic essence and mixes perfectly with elegance. Limited edition
