DRIED BLACK LEMONS POWDER, 250G

Lime picked from the tree and blanched in brine, then dried in the open air so that it becomes black, light, crumbly, crushable and develops subtle notes of caramel and bitterness. Typical of Persian cuisine, this spice brings depth and an appetizing umami flavor to stews, soups, rice, purees and tangy desserts like lemon meringue pie. The whole dried black lemons come from a manual selection of large lemons (caliber 1).
