Directions for use: infuse in a liquid at room temperature (water, milk) the equivalent of 3-4 fine saffron flowers 2cm long per person, for 15 minutes. To reduce the infusion time to a few minutes, crush the pistils. Add the infusion gradually from halfway through cooking to preserve the aromas while adding flavor to the dish. Note: The box is firmly sealed, preserving the humidity. This ensures optimum purity, the proof of which is a brittle filament. Therefore, the infusion of this dry saffron takes longer to release its coloring and taste properties. Always infuse saffron cold.
