Paul grew up between Beauce and Perche, on the La Chaussée farm (28) which has belonged to his family for 4 generations. Today, he cultivates it with his brother Louis. Paul, wanting to develop and promote farm products, started with Marie, daughter and granddaughter of farmers near Chartres, in the production of oils and cakes, thus promoting their land.
