The family farm is located in the town of Gournay sur Aronde.
We produce lentils, flour and pasta on the farm.
We produce with sustainable agriculture.
We use bronze molds for the production of pasta.
Bronze allows you to obtain a rough texture for the pasta in order to better grip the good sauce that will accompany it! They are dried at low temperature for 20 hours to preserve all the nutritional qualities of the wheat.
