The Loustaou Farm in Miramont-Sensacq: who are we? 
In the heart of Tursan, Philippe, Jordan and Enzo Mounet warmly welcome you to the Loustaou family farm.
We would be delighted to introduce you to our local specialties, the fruit of our passion for excellence, which has always been our driving force.
Our farm has become energy positive (it produces more energy than it consumes), but also deeply focused on the transition of agricultural models and ahead of the curve on the issue of carbon storage, the reduction of inputs and the return to the land. We strive, for ourselves but also for the population and the climate, to develop a model that meets social and environmental expectations. 
Complete life cycle on the farm
From hatching to processing, every stage of our ducks' life cycle takes place right here on our family farm.
We ensure full traceability of our products, guaranteeing freshness and superior quality, while respecting the ancestral practices of our region. 
Healthy, locally sourced food
As grain farmers, we grow all of our ducks' feed. Corn, wheat, soybeans: all crops are produced on our land, with total respect for the environment.
This production model allows us to feed our animals with local and high-quality grains.
