Farmer in Liocourt, in Moselle for several generations and now a partner, our farm converted to organic farming in 2015, we produce cereals there and, among other things, oats which is obviously the basis of our artisanal granolas.
To start the adventure, we have developed a simple recipe with 100% Lorraine ingredients such as organic honey from the Vosges added to our oats.
It lives up to its name: the essential!
Its qualities: just two ingredients, gentle cooking at low temperature does not deteriorate the quality of nutrients, no refined sugar, a subtle and slightly crispy flavor that will enhance all your dairy desserts, compotes, snacks and children's breakfasts.
Quite naturally, we wanted to create other recipes that were just as delicious and original, both sweet and savoury!
