Flat belly or flat salted and dried pork belly, it is sold in packs of 200gr (6 to 8 slices) Tasting advice: the dried flat pork belly (or ventrèche) is eaten pan-fried and accompanied by a fried egg (the traditional dish of the Basque Country), or in lukewarm bacon on a green salad.
