The Sinsac farm is part of an agro-ecological market gardening movement on living soil, inspired by permaculture, without the use of chemicals. We grow seasonal fruits and vegetables in a natural way while respecting the soil, biodiversity and the environment. We put all our heart into producing healthy and tasty fruits and vegetables. This is why we only use seeds of old varieties. We are seed companies to make peasant and reproducible seeds last. We have been certified AB by Ecocert since January 2019 and in Demeter conversion since April 2021. You will find a whole range of homemade jams, dishes and condiments throughout the year, made by hand from our tasty fruits and vegetables.
