The Sinsac farm is part of an agro-ecological market gardening movement on living soil, inspired by permaculture, without the use of chemicals. We grow seasonal fruits and vegetables naturally, respecting the soil, biodiversity and the environment. We put our heart and soul into producing healthy and tasty fruits and vegetables. This is why we only use seeds from old varieties. We are seed producers to ensure the survival of peasant and reproducible seeds. We have been AB certified by Ecocert since January 2019 and in Demeter conversion since April 2021. You will find a whole range of breads, eggs, drinks, jams, dishes and homemade condiments all year round, made by hand from our delicious fruits and vegetables.
