Traditional dish, duck stew for 2 or 4 people, is made from defatted duck legs then marinated before being browned with carrots and onions. The Uhartia farm offers you dishes cooked with duck of very high quality. You will reheat this stew slowly before serving it with steamed potatoes, pasta or rice. It’s a pure delight! Storage advice: After opening, store between 0 and 4° for a maximum of 2 days.
