Its shellfish sauce is composed of crabs, fish, tomato puree, onions, carrots, white wine, crème fraîche, olive oil, cognac, poultry broth, various aromatic plants, spices ... Our preparation tips: Reheat gently in a saucepan without letting it boil. Serve with potatoes, rice or fresh pasta. Squid caught in the Pacific Ocean.
