As in the past, our sardines are prepared entirely by hand and put on the grill for steaming, in our workshops located in Port St Louis du Rhône, in Provence. Our fishermen are committed to responsible fishing thanks to a fishery improvement project aimed at preserving the species, using the purse seine, which allows only pelagic fish to be caught.
