SARDINES WITHOUT SKIN AND BONELESS WITH ORGANIC OLIVE OIL

As in the past, the preparation of our sardines is done entirely by hand and they are steamed to make them lighter, in our partner factory, Merveilles des Mers, IFS and BRC certified, located in Tan-Tan in Morocco, at proximity to the fishing area for preserved freshness. Our fishermen are committed to responsible fishing thanks to a fishery improvement project aimed at preserving the species, using the purse seine, which allows pelagic fish to be captured only.
