To look to the future and towards new horizons, we want to retrace our past
and give voice to the history of this oil. in the 1990s some estates were purchased
olive growing on valuable land following the extinction of some ancient families
olive growers from the first founder Alberto Filippi, who after years collected trees and
exclusive land. Today his son Pietro supports the various collaborators, maintaining and
amplifying the success achieved thanks to their competence and professionalism
of the team that supports them. A way of doing business that works and still exists today
recognized and appreciated internationally.Our oils are all organic; the characteristics vary depending on the cultivar and
vintage. They are versatile in combinations due to their harmonious character: they refine
elegantly fish dishes, legumes, mixed salads, and fresh cheeses are suggested
in the preparation of roasted white meats and vegetable soups. We propose
five types of 100% BIO oil
