This Paté is made with the most characteristic sausage of the province of Cáceres, the Morcilla Patatera, a regional emblem. Its main ingredients are pork, potatoes from the garden and our Smoked Paprika from La Vera. It is ideal for spreading with scolds, breadsticks, or toasted bread. It can also be used to make tortillas or croquettes and to make pasta or meat sauces. Without gluten. Store in a cool, dry place protected from light. Once opened, keep refrigerated for up to seven days.
