Fingourmets was created in 2018 by Elie and Shajin, whom they met in Australia and quickly became friends. Entrepreneurs, adventurers, and gastronomy enthusiasts, the road was not long before the subject of spices was broached, and we decided to meet the producers, to find quality spices, with real traceability. . We therefore regularly go to producing countries (India, Cambodia, Madagascar...) to source spices and peppers grown without pesticides. We make sure that the drying and preservation process is correct, to guarantee excellent quality. We import the whole spices, and grind them ourselves, as well as the spice blends that we have created. Our key words are: quality and traceability.
