Berry Timur (Timut) kraft bag

Timur berry (Zanthoxylum Armatum), also called Timut pepper, comes from the Kathmandu region of Nepal. This wild berry with notes of grapefruit grows in the heart of the Himalayas at over 2000 meters above sea level. Timut pepper is harvested by the inhabitants of a small village who are forced to walk a long way to get this precious treasure, because the road is not passable by car. It takes 5 kilos of fresh Timur berries to obtain 1 kg of dry pepper. This wild Timur pepper is an endemic variety of Nepal.
