Baja California

Baja California is a blend of spices with a Mexican influence. Our recipe is inspired by our trip to San Diego (California) on the Mexican border, near Tijuana. There, this spice blend is widely used on chicken to enhance fajitas (Mexican pancakes). You will find among others in this blend of spices: Cumin, garlic, chilli and paprika. Our spice blends are ground in small quantities and renewed every week to offer you optimal freshness.
