CARDAMOM

Our cardamom is grown in Kerala, India, near Kothamangalam, a municipality located in the eastern part of Ernakulam district, 60 km from Cochin (an emblematic port in the history of spices). This cardamom is meticulously selected by the producer with whom we work to keep only the most beautiful and greenest capsules. On the palate, the cardamom is very fresh, camphorated, with delicate notes of eucalyptus. Our cardamom is grown without pesticides, respecting the environment and the ecosystem that surrounds it and we buy from the farmer with whom we work the same quantity each year without negotiating prices. We pick up our cardamom immediately after drying to ensure good quality storage so that it does not deteriorate.
