Our cloves come from Trivandrum, capital of Kerala, on the Malabar coast in southwestern India. Aromatically, they are very powerful, with warm and bewitching flavors. Our cloves are grown with respect for the environment and the ecosystem that surrounds them, and the workers who grow them are protected by the cooperative with which they collaborate.
