Coriander

Our coriander seeds come from Jodhpur in the state of Rajasthan in India, a border state with Pakistan. It is the Dhania variety, which has an oval shape unlike the one found in France, which is rather round. This variety of coriander seed has the particularity of having beautiful citrus notes.
