Gourmet turmeric 13% in sachet

Our turmeric comes from Cambodia, from Kampot. It is an exceptional product. Commercially, the turmeric that we consume has a curcumin content of between 1.5% and 4%. Very good quality turmeric can go up to 7% or even 8% when produced by expert hands. Gourmet turmeric has a curcumin content of at least 14% and can even go up to 17%, this is unheard of for turmeric intended to be cooked! Its bright orange color stands out amply, and, on tasting, its floral and fruity fragrance, reminiscent of green mango or fresh turmeric.
