Turmeric Gourmet

Our turmeric comes from Cambodia, from Kampot, this turmeric is an exceptional product. Commercially, the turmeric that we consume has a curcumin content of between 1.5% and 4%. Very good quality turmeric can go up to 7% or even 8% when produced by expert hands. Fingourmets Cambodian turmeric has a curcumin content of at least 14% and can even go up to 17%, this is unheard of for turmeric intended for cooking! To recognize the quality of our turmeric, it's simple, at a glance its bright orange color will stand out, and, when tasting, its floral and fruity fragrance, reminiscent of green mango or fresh turmeric.
