Ginger powder

Our Ginger is grown near kothamangalam, a municipality located in the eastern part of Ernakulam district, in the Indian state of Kerala, 60 km from Cochin (an emblematic port in the history of spices). It is cultivated with respect for the environment and the ecosystem that surrounds it and the workers who cultivate it are protected by the cooperative with which they collaborate. Our ginger is very fiery, like the cuisine it represents and brings a lively and energetic burst of heat to all your dishes. The powdered ginger that you buy on this site is freshly ground, in an artisanal way in our workshop in Isère. We renew our grinds once a week in very small quantities to prevent the ginger from going flat.
